When will my items ship?
Most items will ship within 2 - 3 days of full payment being received. If you purchase a product on backorder the turn-around time will vary from 3 - 5 weeks plus delivery. Payment will be processed at the time of placing your order. Alternatively, send me an email via contact Summer Freckles and I will ensure I add it to my production schedule and will let you know when it is next available in the store.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I offer a 14 day full refund for return policy (excluding postage and handling). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 14 days. I want you to be super happy with your order and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues.
To receive your refund you will need to return the item in original condition and the full price of the product will be refunded.
Returns can not be accepted for earrings that have been worn for health and safety reasons.
How do you post your items?
All Summer Freckles packages are sent via Australia Parcel Post. They are packed with the utmost care with a combination of new, recycled and reused packaging, including bubblewrap. Where possible we use recycled packaging and encourage our customers to do the same.
Summer Freckles jewellery is also sent via Australia Post in a large letter mailer. Tracking is not included for letters. If you would like to upgrade to tracking after purchase, please let me know.
What are my options if the item I want is out of stock?
Each Summer Freckles product is unique and many of them are made in limited runs. It is recommended if you really want something to not delay in purchasing. If it is out of stock please let me know you are interested and I can make it for you and will advise of a time-frame for delivery. Always ask :)
My items arrived broken, what should I do?
We take the utmost care in packing your precious purchases but in the rare event your items arrive broken please contact us within 24 hours via email. You will need to include a photo of the damaged items. We will do what we can to replace with the same or similar. As a number of our items are unique, one-off pieces we may need to discuss an alternative item or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Summer Freckles ships internationally! We currently have a flat rate shipping of $10 for our jewellery range. For all other purchases please email me directly prior to purchase and I will give you a quote and instructions on how to purchase.
Please be aware that packages may take up to 2 - 4 weeks and in some cases 8 weeks to arrive to international destinations.
Note that Summer Freckles is not responsible for any custom issues, taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders. If you are concerned about your country’s laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will refund your money.
Correct postage address
Please ensure you double check you have entered the correct postal address during checkout. Summer Freckles is not responsible for resending items if the incorrect address has been supplied.
What happens if my parcel is lost in the post?
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to track it down. However, I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until a full 30 days has passed from the date of shipping.
